I agree it should be about the issues that matter to Americans but unfortunately it's not. I turned to several forums like this one, which is a good one, to see what people are thinking. What I'm finding is topics or distractions that have nothing to do with the issues and a bunch of loons with one liners taking pot shots at each other. It is hard to believe that a majority of Americans are voting for an unknown candidate, who never served his country, with all the strange things going on in his background. I'm not republican, I was a registered democrat and now an independent voting republican. If you served your country you would know how important it is have a veteran as president, someone who has been tested and has the experience and wisdom to lead. After I post this there will be zingers from the liberals on this forum like every other forum that never served their country. You can't have an intellectual debate of agrument about anything. Unfortunately it looks like Nobama may win and half of America like me will be counting the days till he is out of office.
