He did just that last time and his swamp cleaning consisted of 90% of his appointees getting sacked in the first year.

If course what he really means is he will surround himself with would be dictators and sycophants who will lick his ring everyday. Any dissenters will be shown the door.
I predict the same will happen as last time if he can get anyone to start.

He wants to sack 60000 public servants. He won't replace them with loyal lackeys in a hurry.
