Lets see, he owes back taxes, related to Charles Keating, now it appears he's not even a licensed plumber...what's next?

"Joe the Plumber" isn’t a plumber — at least not a licensed one, or a registered one.

A check of state and local licensing agencies in Ohio and Michigan shows no plumbing licenses under Samuel Joseph Wurzelbacher’s name, or even misspellings of his name.

One things for sure, you are a licensed smear merchant.

Care to substantiate that claim about being related to Keating? Didn't think so... Wouldn't want you to have to post a link to the World Socialist Website.

Don't let me interrupt your smear campaign against a guy who managed to get Obama to admit to his Marxist tendencies.

On a side note... People who owe money to the Banks for their mortgage are considered "good" people who just got behind on their payments and bleeding hearts like Popeye want the taxpayer to cough up the money for them to stay in their homes.

Yet when people pay their mortgage but get behind on their property taxes (in this case just $1,100), they are "bad" people who deserve to be foreclosed upon and scorned for their lack of "Patriotism".

If you'd look around a little bit, you would see I already have...Nevertheless, you're a Republican and I understand you entertain certain inadequacies ...so here you go:

SO WHAT?? Most plumbers aren't licensed, they don't have to be during their apprenticeship so long as the man they're working for IS licensed. I know this for a fact, because my son-in-law is from Ohio, and his father IS a plumber and I just called him, so simply put, your "source" got it WRONG!

Back taxes? Tell it to Charlie Rangle (D) New York, Ben Nelson (D) Ne., David Scott (D) Ga., Al Frickin' Frankin (D) and in this case the (D) stands for DUMBA$$, as well as all of the Medicaid doctors who owe over $160 MILLION in back taxes!

Related to Keating? A "close relative"? What is he, 23rd cousins 86 times removed on his next door neighbors side? You are really one more silly individual.

I've never said Rangle's or anybody else's failure to pay their taxes is all right. However, it appears as if you're attempting to justify Joe the registered Republican's neglecting to do so. I can only conclude that in your mind it's okay if certain members of the citizenry don't pay any taxes...got ya.

After looking at Popeyes link... your pretty accurate on the connection.

Lot closer than that:

Joe Wurzelbacher from the Toledo event is a close relative of Robert Wurzelbacher of Milford, Ohio. Who’s Robert Wurzelbacher? Only Charles Keating’s son-in-law and the former senior vice president of American Continental, the parent company of the infamous Lincoln Savings and Loan. The now retired elder Wurzelbacher is also a major contributor to Republican causes giving well over $10,000 in the last few years.

Interesting, don't you think? And very coincidental.

The point of the Obama comment is not whether "Joe the Plumber" is registered or not.

The point is just what he said, and Obama's response. Obama said in pretty clear terms that he supports wealth redistribution. Taking money from the person who earned it, and giving it to someone else is ridiculous.

Of course the Obama camp calls it "patriotic" which is even more pathetic. It is not "patriotic" to force me to fund the existence of some poor person.

The situation that "Joe" raised is the issue, regardless of Joe's personal situation we can feel secure that there are people in the country facing this situation. Obama's response was the typical tax and spend liberal, although his taxes do not equal his spending, but somehow he continues to argue against the Bush deficit.

You lib really need to make up your minds. First he's not even registered to vote, now he's a registered Republican? WHICH IS IT? Secondly, I'm not "justifying" anything, only pointing out the fact that YOUR pointing it out is retarded stupid on an EPIC SCALE, given the fact that so many other people, with so much more money ALSO owe back taxes. Let me break this down to monosyllabic verbiage for you so that you won't be so confused, IT IS NO BIG DEAL! He owes back taxes, he'll pay them.

Next, your source only CLAIMS that he's a "close relative" of that other guy who is the son-in-law of Keating, but it fails to SPECIFICALLY quantify HOW close. There's no geneology in the story, it doesn't say HOW close "close" is, so for all we know it very well could be his 23rd cousin 86 times removed on his next door neighbors side. I've got very distant "cousins" that I'm fairly close with (on a personal level) who share my last name, but only because their mother (my blood cousin) married someone, who isn't even related to me, but who shares my last name, who had children from a previous marriage!

Interesting? If you think THAT'S interesting, I'm DIRECTLY related to Thomas Jefferson, King George III, General George S. Patton, and even 3 sitting US Senators, but that, ALL of my Medals, and $1.25 will get me a cup of coffee at the Waffle House.

Again, let me break this down for you so that your small simple mind can grasp it; IT DON'T MEAN NOTHIN'.

That's the thing that scares me the most about ALL Democrats. The fact is that because of their feilty to their party platform instead of the country, they're telling everyone that they have absolutely NO intention of honoring or abiding by their oath of office, BEFORE they even take it! The oath of office of all Federal officers (outside the military) is that they will "...protect and defend the Constitution...", yet the Democrat party platform requires that they do everything in their power to spend OUR money on programs that are NOT withing the scope of their constitutional powers, which means that they are INTENTIONALLY VIOLATING THEIR OATHS!
