yes all people should have the right to a fair trial...accept bad people, not them....You know when we made the constitution, and the Bill of Rights...it was becuse we felt those are rights all should have, that they are human rights... not just rights of people who happen to be born here....we just don't happen to have the power to enforce them over all other nations.law and order is so hard for the right to grasp sometimes it seems. I guess its no wounder guys like Scooter Libby don't fear the law,
