In fact, all agencies working with people with developmental disabilities have "emergency plans" that require that the clients be assisted in the event of tornado, hurricane, earthquake, fire, any catastrophy!Maybe there should be a drive to help him with those bills! The problem is that, if he is not insure, the hospital etc. . . is charging him about twice as much as they would have charged the insurance!What a wonderful health care system we have!!!! NOT!
