I apologize for not being clearer. When I state "big financial problems", I mean their countries are close to bankruptcy because of the severe burdon of the mismanaged national healthcare.There is much more to this than I have time to type right now.Don't misunderstand. I WANT everyone LEGAL CITIZEN to be covered with healthcare. I believe it is the right thing to do and is very possible IF DONE CORRECTLY. More later...
