This is all based on the idea that those who are attempting terrorist attacks on the US, are in fact all Rational and can be appeased by political action that we could in fact take. This of course is wrong and foolish. In order to appease there desire to attack us, we would basically have to allow them to have there own purely fundamentalist Islamic states where Shia have no rights ( as most of these groups are Sunni and would just assume kill off all shia as well as Americans) Woman have no rights, and there is no freedom to decided your own leaders, aka Democracy. You can appease the moderates maybe, or those friendly to the west, but those who wish to kill us can not be bought with token court cases against Bush co, while ignore the major issues that effect the middle east and are the real true roots of the conflict.

Unemployment
National leaders who are don't listen to there own people and are not held to account to them, and are more tied to Western money then needs of the majority of there own people
the Palestine conflict.
Freedom of Religion

those are true core ideas that need be addressed to stop terror...Courts for Bush would do zero, pure zero to stop the fighting.
