Like when you go to prison ,,Youre not supposed to eat good meals youre supposed to eat this And For Breakfast you eat this And you stay here 24/7 until your time is servedNO TVs,,NO NEWSPAPER,,NO BOOKS AND NO MAIL! You dont get let out to excercize yard and no weight room. You eat and sleep in your cell. You dont get no heat during winter or air conditioner in summer. You freeze and sweat until its time for you to be freed. I gurantee you wont commit another crime again.
