Some scientists claim music helps people learn other subjects.  It trains the brain.  I certainly don't think it's a waste of public school money, but rather the opposite.  Unfortunately, guys who are too much into classical music are accused of being gay, and that's ridiculous.  I think more guys should pursue the classical study of music.
