We are, and have been, turning over control of province after province, consistently for a few years now. Obviously, unless you are blind, it's clear that we will be out of Iraq when the job is finished.

In the 80s, they did a test where people were allowed to opt-out of Social Security. They were then allowed to put their payroll deducations into a private retirement firm. The result was, at worst they were paid 5 times as much.
Further, every year benefits are reduced, and costs are increased. Yet it still will be bankrupt in just a few years. How can you support this horrible system? Mathematically, you'd have to be a dope smoking idiot to support this.
You have only two options. More regulations (socialism), or deregulate (free market with individual responsibility). Those are the two options.
We know where socialism goes... people die. In the UK, you have to wait up to 2 months, just to get on a waiting list. Then on the list, you are likely to wait 6 weeks more. Then if you are referred to a specialist, you can wait another month or two. Then once you are recommended for surgery, you can wait years. A woman diagnosed with cancer, had to wait so long for surgery, the cancer became inoperable, and she died.
Bottom line, is you want socialism, which is what Obama is for, people will die. Cutting costs in health care terms, means fewer doctors, long waiting lists, poor service, and death.
