No, just kidding. It is true that Putin wants to put Russia on the main stage again, and China's navy wants to control the western Pacific. Of course, all of this would be natural, as evolution would dictate such behavior. Of course, the US was the lone superpower for a short time, mainly because of the fall of Communism, and the US desire to control the world economy much as the Romans did back in the day, as well as control terrorism.
