"The bills are sudden / jarring: $1,400 for a computer part from Germany, $620 for an aluminum case from Sweden and $1,041 for handbags from Spain.
.
Some U.S. shoppers say they are being hit with surprise charges from international shipping carriers as the exemption on import duties for items under $800 expires as a part of Presidunce Spankys tariff push.
.
To comply with the new de minimis rules, a wave of countries have halted shipments to the U.S. That’s caused postal traffic into the U.S. to decline by some 80%, according to a United Nations agency."

Prices are up because the US debt and interest rates are at record highs. Democrats are grasping at straws in their effort to turn stupid Americans against Trump by dishonestly claiming it is Trump's policies that are driving up costs, not their long history of raising the debt ceiling so they can spend trillions more dollars on their favorite people and pet projects.

Shitshizpants ran up more debt in 4 years than Obama did in 8. And his latest budget adds even more debt, just to give the billionaires a tax cut.

No billionaires ever get tax cuts or increases without bipartisan support. Anyone who claims otherwise is either lying or stupid.

Now we find he suggests he will refund the tariffs to the people. First he said it would be to repay debt but he changed his mind again and said he might give everyone tax cuts.
Like bloody hell he will.

Democrats still claim their plans and administrations are much better than republicans but that is obviously not what 70 million voters thought last November.
