I saw this on Reddit a couple days back. A redditor [I suppose a Brit] wrote that East London was on the brink of war as non-Muslims tried to seize back their right to walk the streets where non-Muslims aren't allowed. I couldn't find the link today.

I've heard of this no-go zones more than once and I'm curious, are these claims true? Are there Muslim enclaves in East London where non-Muslims dare not tread?

Being from the UK myself, I can confirm that this IS the case and in fact not just in London. Many towns and cities throught England especially have areas where people aren't deemed welcome by the Muslim communities that have settled there.

I'm not sure if I'd go as far as to say they're on the brink of war, but there's certainly a divide and the number of people who are starting to fight back is on the increase and I think that's only set to continue.
