There is a right way and a wrong way to deal with hunger.  One wrong way to deal with hunger is for fascist officials and governments to strip the wealthy of their earned assets and divide the confiscated spoils among the poor  with worthy portions siphoned off the top for the handlers in charge of redistributing the assets to the poor.
