Ever time the Democrats have raise taxes or tried to do so, the Republicans have protested. Every Republican administration has increased the debt more than every Democratic administration.

Really? When democrats controlled the WH and both Houses in Congress why did they not raise taxes on millionaires like themselves and their rich supporters?
