Hunter should man up and turn himself in then like Manafort did.  And he should be charged for his crimes of receiving stolen money, evading taxes, violating federal gun laws, violating FARA laws, accepting bribes, money laundering, drug possession and abuse, and more.  Manafort was charged long before he was proven guilty and so should Hunter.
