Really still seeing shortages of some canned veggies baby formula and some meats some dairy products milk di water eggs among other items . the last 3. 5,years have had lots of shortages . At first it was because of the pandemic but that can not be used as a excuse any more

Yes I'm sure a pin head like you would find it funny if their baby was going hunger or was sick because of not being able to find its normal formula , Thats why some democrats will vote republican next election

the supply chain is still not 100% back to normal, semiconductors for certain products for example are still in short supply.

globalization and the search for the truly lowest cost are factors in shortages, as companies put together business processes to squeeze every last dime out of costs, but that makes them more susceptible to disruptions. Weather is also problematic, as well as consumers hoarding product.

its a perfect storm in many ways
