Found this to be interesting, and I see it is being ignored by the media

According to Cummings' letter to Kerry, the IG is reviewing the records preservation practices of five former secretaries of state and their immediate staffs. The IG says 12 emailsbeing reviewed contained classified national security information — two to Powell and 10 to Rice's immediate staff.

Note "to". They found that Powell used secure systems for sensitive material.

12 is it ? Sounds like he corrected the situation.

But bust the senders if you wish they should know better.
