Pretty much open to anyone who wants to respond. I am just curious as to where you would place someone who champions the following policy ideas on the political spectrum.

Someone who raises taxes only on the wealthiest.

Then to distribute that tax hike to the poor who pay no tax.

Someone who increases user fees for government services.

Someone who does not pursue the tradional Christian policies.

Someone who spends public money to directly compete with private industry.

If someone wanted these things, where would you rate them on your political scale?

Is the person who raises taxes...and the one who distriutes 1 or 2 questions?
I will guess 2..

Raise taxes only on the richest...Liberal ( it could also just be the only option, but would guess more likey liberal)

2nd part, Liberal or socialist or communist...depends how much really...taking a small amount to help people not starve vs take everything the rich have and give to the poor...) Conservatives would only give the poor people money if it was cheaper then jailing them...maybe

Increase user fees....ummm could be anyone really....even though its the same as a tax increase in some cases, but could just be a logical plan for a specific user fee .

one who does not follow traditional Christian Policy? umm a jew? I don't know there are many reasons one could do that, but if you said I had to make a choice Liberal...because they are less likely to push there own Religious agenda as US Policy

last one most likey liberal as well

Its a two part.
Someone who raises taxes only on the wealthy

Then someone who gives that extra revenue to the tune of lets say %10 of the Government operating budget.

I have a feeling that this some kind of trap.... But I will gladly offer my opinion:

Someone who raises taxes only on the wealthiest.
The concept of progressive taxation is collectivist and statist in nature, but without more detail on the extent of taxation, I could not point to a specific ideology.

Then to distribute that tax hike to the poor who pay no tax.
Redistribution of wealth is also part of a collectivist and statist ideology but I would need more specifics, like the extent of the redistribution, to cite which one.

Someone who increases user fees for government services.
This one is simply too vague... You might raise user fees on government services for a myraid of reasons.

Someone who does not pursue the tradional Christian policies.
The term "traditional Christian policies" is too vague to be left undefined. Are they pursuing Anti-Theist policies to abolish religion? Are they simply not pushing a theocratic agenda?

Someone who spends public money to directly compete with private industry.
In what way and for what purpose?

If someone wanted these things, where would you rate them on your political scale?

Since the details were broad, I can only offer characteristics of the ideological bent of this individual:

Collectivist and Statist. Those ideological characteristics are simply to broad to give us specific details about the individuals political ideology.

All ideologies fall in to one of two basic categories in their broadest terms, Collectivism and Individualism. Within those two categories are sub categories that are able to be recognized as specific ideologies and within those ideologies are further sub-sets of ideology.

To fully understand the political ideology of someone else, or even yourself, you need to know four philosophical basics: Metaphysics, your understanding of reality and existence; Epistemology, your understanding of the aquisition and limits of knowledge; Ethics, your goals and values; Politics, how these previous three combine in a social context.

Someone who raises taxes only on the wealthiest.

Could be a pragmatist since its pretty hard to tax a poor person.

Then to distribute that tax hike to the poor who pay no tax.

Could be a conservative is subsidizing the poor is necessary to keep the poor from rioting and fomenting social unrest. The arch-conservative Otto von Bismark, Chancellor of Imperial Germany, created the world’s first social security system because the Left was clamoring for it to the point that Bismark feared a socialist revolution. Giving the socialists some of what they wanted sapped their support among the masses.

But if you couple 1 and 2 and do 2 to the point that the poor become lazy, you become a socialist.

Someone who increases user fees for government services.

Depends on what services you are talking about. If you own a car, then shouldn’t you be obligated to pay for the services provided by public roads? If you fish in public water or hunt on public land, shouldn’t you pay fees necessary to maintain that water and land?

Someone who does not pursue the tradional Christian policies.

Considering the mayhem that America has experienced over the past 60 years while Americans have turned their back on their historic Judeo-Christian values, the person would be a public enemy.

Someone who spends public money to directly compete with private industry.

This would depend on whether or not the private industry is so driven by the profit motive that it leads to cutthroat competition, monopoly and a loss of consumer choice- or when the industry provides an essential product or service but large numbers of people cannot afford its product and service because the industry sells them to the highest bidder.

Nature seeks a balance Bunz. Even in politics. The "horrifying" profile you posted only exists because of an equal and opposite horrifying phenomenon on the opposite end of the spectrum, largely polarized over the last administration.

You would not want to live in a world without this natural law...trust me..even when you get what you thought you wished for...
