Isn't that similar to Hitler's SS explaining why it was in their best interest to do what they were told to do...hmmmm I question that Judge's perspective on that entire situation...no one could predict that heinous rampage...but even prior to that this sub-human was doing despicable deeds to other people too!

Clemmons was in jail for robbery and he got a 108 year sentence for it. No white man had ever served more time for the same offense than Clemmons had already served at the time that Huckabee reduced the sentence to 47 years.

After that there was a whole series of events and actions of other people that resulted in Clemmons being released. Huckabee was an almost inconsequential part of the chain and the small part he played was appropriate.

Lets see this thread for what it is: an attempt to blow an unimportant procedural event into a smear campaign against someone who might someday run for president.

Thats not what it is, its Revenge....The Right did the same thing with Willie Horton, and its revenge time....of course I think its a non story and you also failed to point out that he was not even 18 when crime happened...makeing the sentince even more out the the norm
