It is not about what is best for the country, or the people, nor the Constitution. It is about the historical nature of the event just like the election of BO was. Just think, if BO can pull this off even if it does violate the Constitution the becomes the equivalent of a Black FDR, and accomplishes what even the great Ted Kennedy could not do.
