It was just another underhanded tactic by liberals to defeat Trump .

Therre was talk of impeaching him before he took office and there have been several attempts to impeach him but were not passed only 2 made it and he won both . Sense then they came up with 91 charges and the man is still running for president. And how many time have liberals sued him dozens I think.

The 14th Amendment is very clear.
Trump was an official of the government, and he very obviously attempted to nullify the 2020 election.

Colorado's court ruled that the 14th Amendment must be upheld and Trump be banned from the ballot, just as Obama, Bill Clinton, and Vladimir Putin also should be banned from the ballot.
The Court's decision was wrong and stupid. Trump should be banned from the ballot in every state.

Actually the supreme court was very clear that Trump will be on the ballot in all 50 states

The supreme court has ruled unanimously that no state can remove a candidate from the ballot.

According to the 14th Amendment, the federal government has an OBLIGATION to ban this sorry egomaniac from running for president in EVERY state. Sumbitch attempted to take over the government.

Trump could not be guilty of attempting to nullify an election that was already stolen by Democrats.
 
No presidential election has EVER been stolen in this country, although in the past, Southern States often denied the right to vote to Black people and people of Hispanic descent.
