contrary to what most people think ..18 is not actually the law to have sex with someone...that is based on the state..in my state 16 is the law...though being in a position of authority would also come into play and make it then Illegal again since not 18...
as they were making the point about 18, I take that as a clue regarding the law in that state.

it was in cali so looks like it was 18 there...though I have read reports here in MN that still used 18...due to lack of fact checking so you never know. ( also since the poster of the story is on ignore I can't read the story)
should have a button that allows you to see just that post if you want.
18 is the age of consent in California.
