This is what happens when you have liberal judges who are soft on crime . The guy had a long history of violence kidnapping etc and she lowered his bail so he coud get out to commit more crimes including killing a cop

In nyc 10 men were arrested a total of 500 times in 2 years and released with no bail. Thats 25 times a year and thats just for the crimes they got caught commiting . who knows how many crimes they actually commited
