The Book of Revelation is only the rantings of some lunatic. It is still the official position stated in the Nicene Creed that all the people who have ever died (with a few exceptions to rose up to Heaven) are still dead and that when Jesus comes, all their corpse will be reanimated for the Final Judgement. Jesus said when he would return before the last of some apostles he was meeting with had "tasted death" (what a weird expression!) .Jesus has STILL not appeared, or either Jesus was wrong to there is at least one 2000+ year old guy still alive.Despite this prophesy, most Christians believe that their deceased parents and loved ones are already waiting for them in Heaven.
