Your pursuit of Communism in the US is de ja vu. I saw the televised Joseph McCarthy hearings in 1954, where he accused the Army of being soft on Communism. He also said there were over 200 known communists in the Department of State. The hearings came to nothing. He lost face in both parties. I'm sure that dismal flop would happen again if someone tried it..
