Trump is an ignoramus when it comes to the Constitution.
He thinks that a person on a defective electric boat will somehow be given a choice of whether to die electrocuted or eaten by sharks. He thinks Hannibal Lector is humorous. He thinks he can wave a hand and make Covid vanish. He thinks he can threaten Alabama with a hurricane by drawing on a map with a Sharpie. he thinks we want a dictator.
