011124 If you are a NY state resident with money and a Republican, or you do business in NY, you need to leave the state, -and take your money with you. If you are a Democrat with the same situation, -you need to leave the state before the GOP cycles back into office. The political parties change places over time, back & forth, and when the Dems are thrown out, revenge will be assured. There is nobody without enemies; nobody without fair-weather friends; nobody with bulletproof business dealings. The Dems are establishing two things as hard facts: you don't need to have someone complain you done them wrong, and there is no amount of money that will buy justice in New York State. If you live or do business in NY, you can be had. Run for your life

Because Trump doing things like claiming his apartment was 3 times bigger as if he didn't know how to measure square feet in a biildibg is an a political attack? Lol

No Trump committed fraud and has to pay the consequences

Trump is falsely accused of fraud but he will likely be convicted by the tainted jury tried by a tainted DA before a tainted judge.

Morons like you don't seem to understand that Trump didn't fill out the applications, he has whole staffs of realty attorneys & accountants and he signs on the bottom line. Small, -in proportion, mistakes occur every day. If they had schools on the planet you came from you'd have done tests where you made typogoofical errors and didn't get everything right. Too bad, you've never made a mistake. It wouldn't matter on the scale that Trump operates anyway because the onus for acceptability of risk is upon the banks, which made money, liked it, testified so, and had no complaint. The state of NY will reap what they sow, -the wind.

Claiming an apartment is three times it's actual size is fraud moron duh
It is not the job of trump's political enemies to reexamine banking transactions in which both sides agreed and neither side now claims any damage.

fraud doesn't require damages, moron. Just like attempted robbery doesnt for example.
you are a legal moron.

which is why its a civil action against the entire trump organization, not just trump personally. duh. which is why trump isn't personally in danger of going to jail for example.
god you're stupid. lol

Now that you mention it, is this a 4th Amendment violation? Who had authorization and by what authority was a search of his transactions made? I believe somewhere in front of that would be fulfillment of the standard, "...government needs a warrant to search or seize your property. To be reasonable, a search must be supported by probable cause, and a judge must issue a warrant authorizing the search." Who is the original complainant? Even if this is legit, the public should know how the state of NY conducts its business.

Do business in NY? Run...

you are a legal moron.
Democrats were digging for dig on Trump for years before they illegally seized his personal records and twisted them into some sort of crime against the US.

Democrats have been violating the constitutional rights of Trump and patriotic Americans for so long that they do not even now know they are wrong for doing it.
