I think nations will put their security over "pissing off the US." You can see this in their actions now with Iran allegedly pursuing a weapon. Their security is threatened and they are reacting. Since this did not occur with the presence of an Israeli weapon, one has to assume they do not view Israel as the same level of security threat.
