What kind of SICK/STUPID government would make it a felony to take or possess photos of the BP Oil Spill,oil in the water,oil soaked birds,or workers cleaning up the spill?

Is the US Coast Guard for protecting BP operations not the US public,America,and the environment?

Can you post a link where is shows that there is such a law making such photos a felony? If such a law exists, there should be some government source to it.
