Of course.  Voter IDs are bad, according to Democrats, because they might make it hard for ignorant blacks to register to vote.  And purging tens of thousands of names of ineligible voters from voter rolls in accordance with voting laws is wrong because the names of a handful of eligible poor blacks might get removed.  Democrats do not want voting integrity and security.  They want protections for fraud because that is their biggest source for achieving political power.
