Some people have pointed out that it's states who elect Presidents, not a nationwide popular vote. States like Ohio are crucial to winning the election, they say. So the fact that the nationwide popular polls are hugely skewed, doesn't really matter, they say.

Well, the latest state poll taken in Ohio shows Obama ahead by 8% in that state. Only problem is, they had to ask 35% more Democrats than Republicans in Ohio, to get that "result".

Yep, the same huge skewing is going on in the statewide "polls" that show Obama ahead.

What are the chances that 35% more Dems than Republicans, will actually vote in Ohio on Nov. 6?

I didn't think so.

Stop watching the polls. It's all a game anyway. The polls are skewed. It's all part of a psycological campaign. We know these groups think they are going to get the same turn out they got in '08 and they aren't. The media is in the tank for Obama, and they have made that clear and they are going to oversample Democrats. Rasmussen has been the number one prognosticator of election results and they have the race tied overall.

This race is going to come down to a handful of swing states anyway.

Wonder how Obama is doing in the District of Columbia?

The morning of November 7th, 2012--will be an interesting morning.
