Why don't you read about it your self and learn something about science and how it actually works . They have found several galaxy's that are far older and bigger then we thought possible. So yes it challenges the big bang theory and the age of our universe . It could be billions of years older and the formation may have not been the big bang.You always science is right all the time , but they are far from right all the time .
