No one is giving terrorists money. The US seized money the Shah deposited to buy arms from the US. It has an obligation to pay interest on that money at rates that have been raising. So it was wise for Biden and Obama to pay this Iranian money back to Iran NOW, and avoid paying even more interest later. You ae just very, very stupid and do not comprehend this.
