No, Garland is a hateful political hack and has been for years, especially from the time the republicans denied him the chance to sit on the SCOTUS. He has more than amply demonstrated that he hates conservative Americans, even branding PTA moms and Christians as terrorists because of his warped leftist democrat bias.
