and of course in that context he is correct...your not going to "Win" Afganistan like you Toppled Hilter and it was just all done....or Japan will formaly surender...The taliban is not going to say you win, we give up....but we can win if we make it so they cant hit us again and lose there power in the area to train more to attack us. BUt its not like in history one will ever say ...we won on this date...X
