Maybe you feel asleep during this part of history class, but Bush I was already in Iraq in 1991... why spend 12 years coming up with a plan to get back to a country that you already controlled... oops!

It was actually because we put soldiers in the Holy Land and "desecrated the Holy sites.."
Just to point out, all the laws in the Patriot Act were already in place before 9/11. So why carry out 9/11 to get no new laws?
