I have to admit that I am stuck on this one because on one hand Ketanji Brown Jackson doesn't know what a woman is, which is fairly sad for a law school gwabduate. However on the other hand Sonia Sotomayor clearly and convincingly said and I quote “I would hope that a wise Latina woman with the richness of her experiences would more often than not reach a better conclusion than a white male who hasn’t lived that life.” Perhaps someday I will get before the supreme court and be able to ask her on the record, that is if the court could actually understand a dumb honky white guy like me who can never be as wise as a wise Latina judge.CIAO Charlie
