I've spent so many hours typing my fingers off rebutting the standard anti-American pseudo history of the OP, I just am not doing it anymore.  The "hatred" comes from envy and fear.  It might be the faint historic fear residing in the subconscious of Canadians, or it may be the well-grounded fear of middle east islamofascist dictators.  The envy, of course, is everywhere.
