The Egyptions - along with the other non-Jewish inhabitants of the Middle East are commonly lumped together as "Arabs". I'm just going by popular terminology.To be accurate - the Iranians aren't either (they're Persians), nor are the Lebonese. But people call them Arabs anyway.The point is - the Jewish people really have no more historical claim on that land than any other group. Their only real claim is modern and while it's valid, the only way to make it just is to deal with the Palestinians in an equatable way, and return the confiscated territories.
