President Joe Biden defended his son Hunter as federal prosecutors are said to be nearing a decision on whether to charge him with tax and firearms violations.
Chances are he would just face a fine for the tax deals and for the gun issue there re 2 different charges to look at . lying on his form and leaving a gun in the trash near a school . the lying on the form he will get a slap on the hand . The gun in the trash is a entirely different issue . For that he should serve some time for at least 30 to 60 actual days no good time days . That could of resulted in a kid or criminal getting a gun and using it in a crime or killing .
