After getting it all wrong with the Wuhan Virus, they will do all wrong again because "learning" is a practice and function of those who are not sure they know everything. Those who are absolutely sure what they know is superior to what everyone else knows because they don't need no stinkin' learning! They are smart enough already to handle all eventualities, and can & will hedge their bets by erecting barriers to all others, just the way they did in the Wuhan Virus debacle. In the meantime they will be working on assembling the laws in countries around the world that will facilitate their smooth path to deity status.
