Mexico City ( December 26th., 2013) .- A suitcase containing a woman’s beheaded body found in Mexico City Subway station, unleashed a verbal dispute between Mexico City and the State of Mexico’s authorities

ON tuesday, Mexico City’s mayor, @ManceraMiguelMx stated that the crime Could happen on Th estate of Mexico and the murderers only Left the corpse in Mexico City’s Subway Station.
As an answer, yesterday, the night before Christmas, the head of the Board of the legislative Political Commision of the State of Mexico, Aarón Urbina Bedolla, urged city authorities to assume their responsibility for the crime and not searching twhom else blame.
"If you can not solve the crime, do not share the blame We ‘ve a lot of crime offenders that came form Mexico City, and we don`t blame them for that reason” stated the legislador of the Institutional Revolutionary Party ( If such thing can exist)
Until yesterday, Christmas day, nobody had any information about the death woman’s identity
The beheaded woman had cosmetic surgeries
The decapitated woman that was found last Saturday in a suitcase in the San Antonio station Metro Line 7, had two scars cosmetic surgery, according to Mexico City’s Attorney.
The first surveys of the dependency stated that the victim apparently underwent liposuction or had some ribs removed
In the inquiry made by the capital's attorney was found that the woman, about 30 years old, had made allegedly pedicure before she was killed, because she had cut the nails of her feet
According to the research, the deceased young woman had her skin well mantained throughout her body, similar to a woman who uses beauty treatments.
Two hypotheses made by the police inquiry are that the victim used to dance in nightclubs, or that the deceased was a couple of a felon, loaded with money.
However, Mexico City’s attorney do not rule out other lines of research.
Five days after the beheaded woman was found in the Subway, the area of Social Communication of the capital's attorney stated thhe don’t have any identity of the murdered woman.
The body was found inside a suitcase , navy blue with wheels, which moved along the 11 stations of Line 7 , apparently from El Rosario to San Antonio.
During the examinations conducted by medical examiners found that the person who moved the body sprayed it with three bottles of flavoring to inhibit the putrid smell.
Reports of the Attorney said the woman had at least two days she had been murdered.
The body was found decapitated and without hands , so that in the absence of fingerprints has complicated the identification of the @PGJDF .
The suitcase was found at 23:50 am Saturday in a staircase of platforms on the San Antonio station .
Authorities have pictures of the man who readily moved the deceased from Rosario suitcase station , as described in the preliminary investigation FBJ/BJ-1/T3/02972/13-12

Ciudad de México (26 diciembre 2013).- El hallazgo de una maleta en el Metro con el cadáver de una mujer decapitada desató una disputa verbal entre autoridades del DF y del Estado de México.
El martes, el Jefe de Gobierno capitalino, Miguel Ángel Mancera, consideró que el crimen pudo haber sido en el Edomex y los asesinos sólo dejaron el cuerpo en la estación San Antonio, de la Línea 7 del Metro.
En respuesta, ayer, el presidente de la Junta de Coordinación Política de la Legislatura mexiquense, Aarón Urbina Bedolla, instó a las autoridades capitalinas a asumir su responsabilidad ante la delincuencia y no buscar cómo repartir culpas.
"Si no pueden que no repartan culpas. Más que repartir culpas hay que repartir y asumir responsabilidades. Tenemos en el Estado de México cientos de delincuentes que vienen del DF y no por ello los responsabilizamos a ellos", aseguró el diputado del PRI.
Hasta ayer ninguna autoridad había informado respecto a la identidad del cadáver.
Tenía cirugías estéticas decapitada del Metro
La mujer decapitada que fue encontrada, el sábado pasado, dentro de una maleta en la estación San Antonio de la Línea 7 del Metro, tenía dos cicatrices de cirugías estéticas, según la Procuraduría del DF.
Los primeros peritajes de la dependencia establecen que la víctima al parecer se sometió a una liposucción o le extrajeron algunas costillas.
En la indagatoria de la Procuraduría capitalina se indica que la mujer, de aproximadamente 30 años de edad, presuntamente se hizo pedicure antes de ser asesinada, ya que tenía recortadas las uñas de sus pies y los talones fueron limados.
Según el estudio, la joven tenía la piel de todo su cuerpo bien cuidada, similar al de una mujer que utiliza tratamientos de belleza.
Dos de las hipótesis con las que cuenta la Policía de Investigación son que la víctima se dedicaba a bailar en centros nocturnos o fue pareja de algún delincuente con alto poder adquisitivo.

A cinco días de localizar a la víctima en el Metro, el área de Comunicación Social de la Procuraduría capitalina señaló que todavía no tienen datos de la mujer.
El cuerpo fue localizado dentro de una maleta, color azul marino con ruedas, en la que la trasladaron a lo largo de 11 estaciones de la Línea 7, al parecer desde El Rosario hasta San Antonio.
Durante los exámenes realizados por médicos legistas se constató que la persona que trasladó el cadáver lo roció con tres frascos de aromatizante para inhibir el olor putrefacto.
Los reportes de la Procuraduría señalan que la mujer tenía al menos dos días que había sido asesinada.
El cadáver fue localizado decapitado y sin manos, por lo que ante la ausencia de huellas dactilares se ha complicado a la PGJDF la identificación del mismo.
El veliz fue encontrado a las 23:50 horas del sábado en una escalinata de los andenes de la estación San Antonio.
Las autoridades tienen imágenes del hombre que prestamente trasladó la maleta desde la estación Rosario, según se describe en la averiguación previa FBJ/BJ-1/T3/02972/13-12.

Ciudad de México (27 diciembre 2013).- Videos del sistema de seguridad del Metro desmintieron la versión del Gobierno capitalino, sobre que el individuo que dejó un cadáver dentro de una maleta en la estación San Antonio lo trajo desde el Estado de México.
El Jefe de Gobierno, Miguel Ángel Mancera, y el titular de la Policía, Jesús Rodríguez Almeida, aseguraron que debido a que el hombre fue captado en la estación El Rosario, pudo haber traído la maleta desde el Edomex.
Esa versión provocó incluso que el presidente del Congreso mexiquense, Aarón Urbina Bedolla, recriminara que el GDF intentara repartir culpas antes de asumir responsabilidades.
Sin embargo, de acuerdo con la averiguación previa FBJ/BJ-1/T3/2972/13-12, a la que REFORMA tuvo acceso, el portador de la maleta ingresó a la estación San Antonio por la Avenida Revolución.
A las 22:45 horas dejó la maleta al pie de una escalinata. Luego, el hombre aparece en videos del Metro Rosario, con una mochila en la que sospechan llevaba la cabeza y las manos de la víctima.

Y ES QUE con el caso de la mujer decapitada y abandonada dentro de una maleta en el Metro, las autoridades capitalinas van de patinón en patinón.
UNO DE los aspectos que más desconcierta a quienes sí saben de investigación policiaca es esa manía que tienen en el DF de decir que los muertos no son de aquí, sino que "los vinieron a dejar".
PORQUE, ¿se imaginan aplicar esa misma lógica, por ejemplo, en el asesinato de John F. Kennedy? Aunque lo mataron en Dallas, las autoridades texanas no podrían tomar la investigación porque era fuereño.
ENTONCES, tal vez le tocaría a la Policía de Washington D.C., que era donde vivía; o tal vez a la de Massachusetts, que fue donde nació. Aunque, ya puestos en ese nivel, tal vez tendría que haber sido la policía secreta, por si acaso fuera cierto que todo fue un compló.

Mexico City.- (January 6th., 2014).- Wihtout getting anything in return, Mexican citizens will pay more taxes than United States Citizens.
This fact was achieved by a comparative analysis made by @reformacom between the tables of taxes over income (SAT/IRS) from the two countries.
The analysis also shows that the tax reform will increase the gap between the two rates for the income of middle class citizenship.
According to the numbers, a person who earns $1,000,000 pesos per year(About U,S. Cy. $ 77,000) will have to pay a rate of 26.09 percent in 2014.
IN the United States, a citizen with an equivalent income, will only pay 19.06 percent, that mean an overpayment of . $ 70,277.07 pesos ( about U. S. Cy.$5,400.00)
That Is, in Mexico you will have to pay 7.03% more for that level of incomeEs decir, en México se pagará una tasa superior en 7.03 puntos porcentuales para este nivel de ingresos, lo que significa -en el ejemplo citado- un sobrepago de 70 mil 277.07 pesos anuales frente a EU.
For an income of #1,850,000 pesos per year ( About U. S. Cy. $ 142,000.00), The rate in the U. S. Is 23.29%, while in Mexico is 29.72%, 6.43% more than in the United States.

Until now, those who had an income over $5,000,000 pesos, ( About U.S. Cy. $ 386,000) paid a rate of almost 2% lower than those paid in the U.S.
However in this year, this case won’t be seen.
For this year, to such persons they will have a higher rate to the US rate.
To those who declare an annual income of $6,500,000 pesos (U.S. Cy $500,000), will pay $2,160,000 pesos, with an effetive rateo f 33.32% over their income.
I the U. S. those who declare income for the same quantity, will pay only $2,020,000 pesos (U.S. Cy. $ 155,763). That is their rate will be 31.15 percent
That means that for these income levels , the american tax payer will pay $141,000 pesos less than the Mexican tax payer.
