no one has declared his taxes to be "legal", moron. there are plenty of questions on them still, including how they relate to other parts of his financial situation, which was part of the reason for obtaining them. Did he declare big losses for tax purposes but big profits for getting loans for example? HIgh property valuations for charitible deductions but low values for property taxes? that would be..fraud. duh
