Obozo has spoken publicly about the leftwing concept of "positive rights" - something not in the constitution. Obozo's education on the constitution merely convinced him he needed to dissolve it - replacing it with leftwing statist ideas. We've seen that for that last two years - eg in the appointment of judges who have contempt for the law and the huge ramp-up in power in unelected officials such as the EPA.
