Funny, I don't remember her saying she believed that. Of course you believed Obama was going to cut taxes, and reduce the deficit... so which believes anything? Oh... right Obama said it, so how could he possibly not be telling the truth.

Is the most likely reply you'll get... to which you might want to point out that now more people than ever are being tortured because we're OUTSOURCING torture to Iraq, Syria and other countries who don't have bleeding hearts who cry crocodile tears for terrorists...
Oh and for those who don't know, Obama calls this outsourcing of torture "Rendition", a practice that was recognized as the outsourcing of torture when Bush did it... But now that Obama is doing it, it's no big deal.

my taxes did get cut ...also the debt we shall see...since we are whole 2 months in its a bit early to say ...but the stock market is doing much better, and Iraq is winding down.......but I should have voted McCain...so the banks would be failed , Chrysler and GM already failed....I bet the market would be doing great...

When the value of the dollar falls because the fed is printing money you are paying more than you ever dreamed*. When the bill comes due for the federal debt you will be paying more than you ever dreamed. When inflation is in the double digits again you will be paying more than you ever dreamed.
And the ironic part of it is that the poor will be taking the hardest hit for all of these.
Iraq was winding down anyway.
A few banks should have failed. That would have cost us either nothing or far less than these bailouts.
The markets would probably have been in the same position if McCain had been elected. And he might have done as poorly managing the economy. But he would not have lead us as far down the road to socialism.
* Obamas new fed policy just resulted in the value of the dollar dropping about 6%. 6% of every single asset every single American, rich or poor, owns just flew out the window.
