Dont know. Perhaps one should also consider justice and expense into that equation.
You cant stop it but you sure can discourage it now cant you.
Some people like a life where they dont have a job or responsibility and are fed and cared for.
Mostly liberals and the mentally ill.

Yes the poor killers and child rapist and molesters , liberals must stand up for their rights , after all standing up for the little 6 year old kid they kidnapped and raped then beat to death just wouldn't be fair .
Or standing up for the 145 lb 84 year old man who was beaten to death by the 300 lb felon on crack for 25.00 nd a tic tac would b wrong that 300 lb felon votes democrat.those felon rights are important so they can attack a frail elderly man again.
You guys do a great job of protecting illegals gang banger perverts child rapist and so much more .

THats why you gota go after the honest citizens guns , no need for them to protect them self from the criminal and the guns they carry. I know this sounds crazy but maybe by really enforcing gun laws against criminals instead of people who obeythe law and are not felons would help .

"A Harrisburg, Pennsylvania trial court has granted the application of the Dauphin County District Attorney’s office to withdraw all charges against Samuel Randolph, IV, completing his exoneration of a double murder that sent him to Pennsylvania’s death row in 2003.

On April 6, 2022, two days after the U.S. Supreme Court had declined to review the county prosecutors’ appeal of a federal court ruling granting Randolph a new trial, District Attorney Fran Chardo filed a motion to enter an order of nolle prosequi terminating the prosecution of Mr. Randolph. Chardo refused to concede Randolph’s innocence, saying that “retrial is not in the public interest at this time” because “[t]he police affiant and the police detective who handled the evidence collection in this case have both died” and “[o]ther witnesses have become unavailable for other reasons.”

Randolph becomes the 187th person to be exonerated from a wrongful conviction and death sentence in the United States since 1973. He is the eleventh Pennsylvania death-row exoneree. Five of those exonerations have taken place since 2019. All five have involved both official misconduct and perjury or false accusation. Four of the five have also involved inadequate legal representation at trial."

The children also said that two days before Mariah died, they had seen their sibling accidentally fall down a steep flight of stairs on the outside of the house they were renting. Lucio, who had been busy getting the children ready for school, found the girl at the bottom of the stairs crying.

Over the next 48 hours family witnesses said that Mariah showed signs of distress, including sleeping long hours and being listless. None of that evidence, which could support the diagnosis of an internal brain injury caused by the fall, was presented at trial.

Nor did the jury hear that Mariah had a medical history of difficulty walking that had resulted in previous documented tumbles."
