Oh Lord, when I first saw this I thought this is a cheap joke...
Now I found out that it is real, a picture disclosed by a Reuters photographer.
    Empathy clearly isnt his strength.

If you have ever watched when he gives a press conference to express his "condolences", he cannot do so without a teleprompter.

Just noticed something. Trump is not wearing a wedding ring. Hmmmm Guess it gets in the way when he is sleeping with his secretary, or whoever.

No, it's not a joke, just a picture of the hand of one.

This is not the first time a photographer caught Trump's notes. It seems that they are on the ball with high res cameras looking for his notes. Of course the one at the top of the page is the most embarrassing.

To see more, google, picture of Trump's notes and look at images. Some are obviously fake. Of course the one at the beginning of the post is the most embarrassing.

I don't understand your point. What does Obama or teleprompters have to do with a preference concerning Trump's notes?

He is trying to imply that President Obama's empathy were fake, and that he was speaking ONLY when being prompted by the teleprompter.

    However, pictures do not lie!

    Well, sometimes they do.
But this one doesn't appear to have been photoshopped.

What's your point? This has nothing to do with teleprompters.

Surely the guy has the beans to know what he was going into a meeting about?

    One would think so.

Looks to me like his handlers were afraid he might say something really stupid and insensitive. Not that he has a history of saying stupid things or anything.
