That is not true. Israel has warned the residents of Rafah to get out of town because Israeli troops are coming in. Nobody can do more to show mercy to the innocent than that.

Gaza is a very small area and there are two million people that live there. The Israelis have destroyed a huge number of buildings where people can shelter themselves.

If someone says: leave the area and live on maybe bread and water under a scrap of plastic or we will kill you, how is that merciful?

Israel has a history of warning occupants of a buoilding to vacate the building before israel bombs the building for being used to unmercifully attake Israel. I commend Israel for that.
