I just heard one of the most compelling House floor speeches ever.
By Chip Roy.
I searched for it but the only thing I could remember was his repeating the line, "People are tired!"
Most affecting speech I can ever recall.
I haven't stopped thinking about it even after 20 minutes.
He was impassioned and making good points.
I can't tell you what he was saying, but dag nab it, he said it powerfully!
